DentalOur Dental plan through Guardian offers coverage for preventive dental care as well as major dental work. In addition to having a large network of dental providers and comprehensive coverage for dental care, Guardian also provides a Maximum Rollover Account (MRA) for all eligible members to help cover dental expenses in future years. |
VisionFor those individuals who benefit from Vision coverage, FXUA helps you keep costs down for eye exams and prescription eyewear with two vision coverage plans: one that is automatically provided at no additional cost through the medical plan and another plan through Guardian that can be chosen as an alternative or additional vision plan. |
Disability & LifeFXUA provides Disability benefits to all full-time employees. Short-Term Disability is provided at no cost and Long-Term Disability is available for purchase for those individuals interested in the additional coverage. 401(k) Retirement PlanAll eligible employees have the opportunities to make pre-tax contributions ranging from 1% to 100% of their gross earnings, not to exceed the annual maximum, into a 401(k). Employee contributions are matched up to 4% (100% match up to 3% and 50% match up to 5%). |

Paid Time OffThe amount of paid time off (PTO) available is dependent upon length of service. In addition to PTO, employees receive paid time off for bereavement, jury duty, maternity/paternity leave, their birthday, and twelve holidays each year. |
