Interlibrary Loan Request Form

To submit a request for resources at institutions other than FXUA, all patrons are required to submit the electronic form below. The hardcopy version is also available inside the FXUA Library. Interlibrary Loan requests are honored only when a full-text item is not available within the FXUA Library or electronic resources provided.
